Jolly Nanda brings a diverse background in Technology, Product, and Operations in the Healthcare, Manufacturing and Retail industry to Altheia. With over 14 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Jolly’s strong passion for driving change, interoperability and problem-solving form the foundation for Altheia’s innovative approach.
Jolly’s analytical and management backgrounds were honed at large enterprises such as UnitedHealth Group, PriceWaterhouse and John Deere. Her entrepreneurial passion was formed in small startups such as Simondelivers, Ants Software, and Mobile Avenues. Jolly has delivered change management to a variety of organizations through VIKRITI, a management consulting group she founded in 2015. Clients have included Optum and Zappos. The company quickly became recognized as one of the Top 10 Change Management companies by HR Tech.
Jolly’s unique vision and breadth of experience in the Healthcare industry has led to the formation of Altheia. She is excited to push the envelope of healthcare data solutions to reduce costs and improve outcomes for member populations.

Lisa Fridland
Co-Founder, COO
Lisa is an experienced strategist and operational leader who joined the Altheia team with 17+ years of experience in health insurance and health services. Prior to working in the healthcare sector, Lisa worked in a variety of product, marketing and operational roles in financial services, manufacturing, and bulk material handling.
Lisa has served in executive and consulting roles in operations and business development for some very large companies, including UnitedHealth Group and General Electric. She has over two decades of experience in delivering digital solutions to consumers, payers, providers, and operations to achieve efficiencies and create user-friendly experiences to drive adoption.
Having been an active and highly-involved health advocate for her parents and several close friends as they dealt with critical and complex medical issues, Lisa is extremely passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare navigability, provide better experiences for customers, members and consumers, and to achieve better health outcomes for everyone.

Shelley Grace
Co-Founder, CRO
Shelley is an adept senior-level revenue growth strategist with demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems, lead teams to achieve challenging goals, and work cross-functionally to ensure coordination both within and across organizations. She creates successful growth strategies and achieves aggressive revenue goals. Specializing in healthcare technology, She has experience with self-funded and fully funded payers, providers and medical device manufacturers.
Shelley has served in executive and consulting roles in sales, marketing and business development for some very large companies (Optum [part of UnitedHealth Group]), IBM, Unisys, AT&T, and some that are mid-sized and smaller (Renalogic, ThreeWire, Nightingale Informatix, and Achieve Health Care Technologies).
